Trenton pork roll is the best. Outstanding mild flavor makes this great tasting with eggs or in a sandwich. I love to grill a nice thick piece on the charcoal grill then top it with cheese lettuce and tomato on a nice bun!

4.5 star rating. I love this pork-roll, but I live in CA! When my 6 lb. box got here, the ice packs had mostly melted, but the pork-roll was still cold! Yay!
Maybe adding another ice pack would help next time.
