Shipping Policies

JerseyPorkRoll-NJ Pork Roll is a full-time wholesale and retail food company. We have residential and commercial customers all over the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship pork roll, Sabrett products and much more to  homes, restaurants, diners, and cafes across the country. We were approved by the USDA in 2005 and again in 2017.  That is not true of all food selling web sites, including some of the sites currently selling Taylor and Sabrett products.

The health and safety of our customers is our most important concern. Federal law and our liability insurance carrier do not allow us to ship open food products, nor ship in an unsafe manner.

We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Flat Rate or Fed Ex.

We ship many pork roll orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Many orders go out the same day you place your order, so please be prepared for its arrival in 1 – 3 business days.

If you live in a 1 – 2 day delivery area from NJ, we often use Fed Ex and you will have your package the next business day. (NY, CT, MA, RI, PA, MD, DC, VA, WV, ME, NH, and more) We do NOT charge extra for 1 – 2 day delivery, or rush orders whether you choose FEDEX Express or not. Quite simply, if your order arrives in the office before our trucks depart, it will be shipped immediately if at all possible at our regular low shipping prices.

Our research with temperature control analysts and engineers in the packaging industry began in August 2004 and continues to this day. Our packaging may include dry-ice, high-quality FDA approved reusable gel packs, EPS molded shippers, and eco-friendly biodegradable, re-useable coolers.  Packaging is provided as necessary for no extra charge. (Wholesale orders are charged for crates and cargo containers)

*Consumers have control over the foods they choose. Always make sure food packages are intact before opening them.”

*Look for adequate contact details – phone, fax, email and street address (not just a PO Box number and cell phone)

Please be aware that anyone can buy a domain name and begin selling food from anywhere.

Our orders are shipped nationally all year, every week and many Saturdays throughout the year. Express orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Fed Ex does not operate on weekends so shipping on a Friday is not possible. We professionally package all orders to ensure delivery, no matter what your location or climate is. Taylor Pork Roll has been made since 1856 and shipped by mail since the early 1900’s.

We have shipped thousands of packages to all 50 states since 2004.

REFUNDS : We ask that you return the product in the original packaging before a refund is issued. You must return item for a refund, no exceptions unless notified by email.

We no longer guarantee the US Postal Service for any reason. We are not responsible for packages you do not pick up at your post office, bad addresses, mail delivered to cluster boxes, or ANY package for any reason shipped via US Mail. Most customers still choose the US Postal Service because of the stability of pork roll and hot dogs because they are pre-cooked, smoked, cured (nitrates and nitrites.} Scrapple should NOT be shipped via the mail if possible as it is fresh pork.

We are never responsible for packages sent to an address that you choose US Postal Service for that does NOT have Postal Service delivery even if it is eventually returned. This applies mostly to rural areas but can apply in some cities.
