IMPORTANT – Check your receipt carefully. If you have made an error in the address you must email immediately. We often ship within minutes of receiving an order and once it leaves here it cannot be corrected.

  • Due to the anticipated heavy volume of packages being shipped this year all carriers are expecting significant delays.
  • Only OVERNIGHT EXPRESS orders are guaranteed on-time delivery. ALL Two and Three Day Express, Ground and Home delivery shipments may take several additional transit days. These products been shipped since the 1870’s, which took weeks to cross the country.
  • Two or Three Day Express, Ground and Home delivery orders ARE NOT REFUNDED or REPLACED for ANY reason other than if failed to be delivered completely, or “Lost in transit.”
  • Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order and in the confirmation email. Once an order is shipped there will be a $22 charge for an address change and at least a one day carrier transit delay.
  • Most orders are shipped the same or next shipping day. Holiday peak times can take five to seven days for shipment. Please call if this is an issue.
  • We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by “acts of nature”, high volume, local delivery issues, mechanical issues, or inclement weather.

US POSTAL  – We no longer use the US Postal Service due to SEVERE delays all year. (We are not responsible for packages not picked up at the post office on delivery day, or mail delivered to parcel lockers or “cluster boxes”.)

We do not require signatures but it is up to the carrier’s discretion to leave the package if no one is home.

Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the recipient’s responsibility to pick up the package or schedule a re-delivery.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Undeliverable as addressed” or “Insufficient Address.” YOU MUST supply Apartment, Unit, or Suite numbers where applicable.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Fed Ex and UPS will no longer cover stolen packages because of an increase in theft, “porch pirates,” taking packages. Please report it to you local Police and Homeowners where applicable.

Once an order is shipped there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.

All sales are FINAL on all consumable products.
