IMPORTANT – Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order and in the receipt. If you have made an error in the address you must email immediately. We often ship within minutes of receiving an order.

If you do not receive an email immediately, you are responsible for notifying so you know when to expect your delivery. 


  • Due to the anticipated record-breaking volume of packages being shipped all carriers are expecting significant delays again in 2021.
  • Starting November 30, 2020 all USPS, Ground and Home delivery shipments are taking several additional transit days and our shipping guarantee for these services have been suspended..
  • US Postal, Ground and Home delivery orders will not be refunded or replaced for ANY reason. If a problem should occur, please call.
  • Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order and in the confirmation email. Once an order is shipped there will be a $20 charge for an address change and at least a one day carrier transit delay.
  • Most pork roll orders are shipped the same or next shipping day. We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

We are not responsible for delays caused by “acts of nature”, high volume, local delivery issues, mechanical issues, or inclement weather.

We reserve the right to place a shipment on hold if extreme bad weather in your area or ours occurs. (Hurricanes, snow storms, etc)

We are not responsible for packages not picked up at the post office on delivery day, or mail delivered to parcel lockers or “cluster boxes”.

We do not require signatures but it is up to the carrier’s discretion to leave the package if no one is home.

Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the recipient’s responsibility to pick up the package or schedule a re-delivery.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Undeliverable as addressed.” GIFTS – Please make sure the recipient has US mail delivery if you choose the US Postal Service shipping.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. This is beyond our control and should be reported to your local police and homeowners. We will happily provide any documentation you may need.

Once an order is shipped there are no returns or cancellations.

All sales are FINAL on all consumable products.
