I was weened on Taylor ham as we called it. I love the stuff either as a sandwich or with fried eggs. It is completely unique with no other product coming close to it in flavor. Of course it’s fatty but if you don’t overdo it it will not hurt you. I can vouch for that as I am currently in my 80th year and have been eating it all my life. I am so happy that it is available on line thru this company. Prior to finding these folks I had my sister ship it from Jersey to the mountain west (Montana). Now I can get it anytime I want!

I’m a Jersey girl /West Virginia now and these are the two items I miss about NJ used to go to the Jersey shore and eat Taylor ham sandwiches and worked in NYC and got the hot dogs from the street vendors miss those days. On visits to my Grand Parents to New Jersey as a Kid my Grandmother introduced me to Taylor ham, I live on the West Coast and could not find a place that sells it. I was recently reminded about it, did a Internet search and found I can buy it. The Package was packed in a Cold proofed Box, and the Ice packs were still frozen after a 3000 mile trek to My house. So the Taylor Ham was fresh and arrived in perfect shape. About 10 minutes after the Package arrived I was enjoying a Taylor Ham sandwich.

I grew up on Taylor ham in New Jersey. Move to a Arizona and could not find it anywhere. Now I have one store that carries it, was i happy to find it. Grew up in Jersey and ate Pork Roll all the time then moved out west and couldn’t find it. I am so thankful for Jersey Pork Roll for shipping it. My husband grew up on the West Coast and never heard of it, the first time I ordered it and made it with fried egg & cheese on a roll he couldn’t get enough of it, so he kept asking me to order more. I’m so glad I am able to order Taylor Ham online. I was able to find it occasionally at Publix when I lived in Florida but since moving to Abilene, TX have not found any nearby sources. The only thing that would make it even better would be to find “real” NJ hard rolls nearby!

Taylor ham is the best stuff in the world! I grew up in Elizabeth, NJ and mostly we had oatmeal for breakfast in the winter, but my mom would get us Taylor Ham every so often for a treat. A roll of it didn’t last long in our home!
Every year around Solstice, I buy some for my daughter and her family because you cannot get it in Minnesota.

I love the pork roll and ordered 4×1.5# rolls online for a family gathering in Colorado. As a warning to others, read the fine print. They are correct about USPS delivery being terrible. My order was delayed 3 times for a day each and was trash when it arrived. It was an expensive lesson but I did find some in grocery stores there so we were able to enjoy!

I grow up in New Jersery and always loved Taylor Ham and so did my husband. We moved around a lot as my husband was in the Air Force. But every time we went home on leave we had to have our Taylor Ham. Our kids learned to love it to. I live in NJ and I sent (4) of the 1.5 lb rolls to my friend in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is originally from N.J. and we were talking on the phone about the items she misses and is not able to find while living in Florida. I wish I could have seen her face when she opened the box and found those little rolls of goodness. When she called to thank me, she said that the pork roll was still chilled when she got them. That was my main concern when I shipped them. I was worried that after 3 days of being on the road and being shipped to the warm climate of Florida, if the pork roll would still be cold. My friend put 3 rolls in the freezer and she kept one out for herself to eat during the week. She intends to give a roll to her daughter who also lives in another town in Florida. I am pretty sure that I found the perfect gift to send to her for her birthday or Christmas from now on. It is a gift that nobody ever wants to return. And she will think of me and her NJ memories every time she has a pork roll sandwich.
