Pork Roll Stuffing Recipe
(quantity of ingredients depend on how many you are serving)
Your favorite brand of pork roll
3-4 cloves of fresh Garlic
1 medium white or yellow Onion
2-3 stalks of Celery
1 stick of Butter
1 teaspoon Parsley (optional)
1 teaspoon Oregano (optional)
½ a teaspoon Black pepper (optional)
Bread stuffing (cubed)
Cut pork roll into small cubes and sauté in skillet or pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of butter until lightly browned or crisp (to your liking).
Finely cut onions, cut celery and mince garlic. Once pork roll is at desired consistency add onions and continue to sauté until they are translucent. Add more butter is desired or is drying out. Add celery and garlic. Continue to stir constantly for about 3-5 minutes. Add parsley, oregano and black pepper.
Add desired chicken broth bring temperature to medium heat and bring to a boil. Add bread stuffing and fluff with fork.
Use as chicken or turkey stuffing or as a side dish.
